In 2009, for the first time in human history, the majority of us live in an urban setting rather than rural. With this shift comes consequences. Research shows that, despite advances in technology, we are becoming disconnected from nature and each other. Why is this? Cabrini Green
In 04 and 05 I documented the final days of Rockwell Gardens and some of Henry Honer being torn down. Watching the last of Cabrini Green going down this weekend is quietly gripping. I hope we can learn from it, but I fear that full understanding will never occur.
